Return & Exchange Terms
What if I received the wrong or defective item?
If your item arrived damaged
Damage must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Include clear images of the damage and a photo of the SKU on the polybag packaging.
Once approved, BuddyWear will replace the item with the same size and color as the original order.
Reports made after 5 days or without required images will be reviewed, but may not be eligible for replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon verification with our support team. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
No worries. Simply email us at support@buddy-wear.com within 30 days of your order. Our support team will guide you through the process and help you get matched with a better option.
Can I return my order?
Currently returns are unavailable but if you are unsatisfied with your order kindly reach out to support@buddy-wear.com with your query and our team is happy to help!
